Peanut Butter Cups

These peanut butter cups turn out so professional looking yet they're so easy to do. Perfect for gifting.

Ingredients
  

  • 238 grams semisweet or milk chocolate chopped PLUS another 32 grams for tops

Filling

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup skim milk powder or regular milk powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Temper 238 grams of chocolate by melting two-thirds of it, then seeding with other third. (See video)
  • Brush tempered chocolate into 20-25 paper cups (1 inch each). Set leftover chocolate aside.
  • While cups harden, make filling by combining all remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  • Fill each cup, leaving a slight lip.
  • Remelt the leftover chocolate from cups, then remove from heat and seed with 32 grams chocolate.
  • Brush this on tops of cups. Allow to harden completely, about 45 minutes.
  • Remove papers, if desired.
